Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Care + Repair products (once opened)
  • Drysuits + Dry Tops with removed tags
  • Footwear that shows signs of wear
  • Any personalized or custom-ordered items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our address at 2246 Village View Drive, Fort Myers, US 33901 using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
  • For exchanges of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • Exchange shipping is free for orders over $50 (via EMS)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
